As this is a custom-made product, there are no returns or refunds. If there is damage to the products caused in shipping, we will replace the item at no cost to you or offer you a full refund when the item is returned to us. See Replacements and Exchanges below to arrange for a return or exchange due to shipping damage.

Any request for return or refund requires prior approval. If you ordered the product and would like a refund for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, I may choose at my own discretion to provide a partial refund if the product is returned unused and undamaged in its original box with pre-paid shipping by the customer. The credit card companies and shipping companies charge me non-refundable fees for the original order so if you return a good product, I still have to pay those fees.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
